Food Service Sanitation Certification and Re-certification Course and Examination
The Southern Wisconsin Chapter of AHF offers several ServSafe Courses a year. The day long program includes the course book, lunch and certification/re-certification exam. The cost is $100 for an AHF member or $115 for a non-member.
